Life and name change - what's been happening?

Hey everyone,

So yeah its been a looooong time since my last post, my apologies :( this time life has well and truly changed direction, all for the better I might add.

What's happened is, I've taken the jump from full time employment in a job I did not like, to being self-employed in my own salon! :) yup from selling pies and cakes to being a anti-ageing skincare specialist.

The whole change came about rather quickly but to say I'm in a job I love, working better hours is amazing. I work mainly with the Caci International Ultimate Non-surgical Face Lifting machine, it is simply the dogs doodahhs. The non-surgical facelift is exactly as it sounds, non-surgical so it is non-invasive. No needles, no bruising and no chances of mistakes. It will lift, tighten and tone the muscles of the face helping to create a younger looking you. Just how amazing is that? As well as all of its anti-ageing properties it works on blemishes and acne prone skin through Microdermabrasion and Light Therapy technology. I target all ages and skin types with the range of treatments I can offer.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new role and all the lovely people I get to meet, it's great to have some passion again. So on that note there will be an increase in blogging, woohoo, now that I have more time and access to loads more beauty products!

You can follow me on twitter here and on facebook here  and on bloglovin too here.

So be on the look out for more from me soon.

The gradual tan comparison.

Hey everyone,

Don't you just wish that gradual tanning lotions came with a colour guide? Normal fake tan comes in both varieties so why can't gradual tan have a hint of bronzer, suitable for daytime wear, but lets you know exactly where you have applied it?

As you may have already guessed from reading my blog, I am a fake tan fan. No surprise there. Yet when I'm faced with time constraints, or simply don't want to go all out with the tan I do love some gradual tan. There's nothing better than applying it in the morning, and by the time your home from work you've developed a subtle glow.

My go to gradual tan has been, for some time now, the Dove Summer Glow. In recent months I had read a few reviews on Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Natural Bronzer and being a tanning addict I knew I had to try it.

If you love the smell of Palmers Cocoa Butter products then your guaranteed to love this. It smells amazing, better than the Dove Summer Glow. I always find the Dove lotion to have a pleasant smell but the Palmers lotions smelt like all their other products, it's an uplifting scent that reminds me of holidays.

I used the Palmers Cocoa Butter in the same manner that I use the Dove gradual tan but the results that night were quite disappointing. I was very streaky, but the colour was a lovely golden hue. Undeterred by this result I tried again, once the previous application was off. The results again, very streaky, I am quite disappointed by this. I then put the Dove Summer Glow to the test, applying it in the same manner, to find an even golden coverage that night, keeping the Dove lotion in top spot for my go to gradual tanning lotion.

What's your favourite brand of gradual tan? How do you apply it to make sure you don't have streaks? Leave comments below, I'd love to know.

Hair saver, sweet smelling wonder

Hey everyone,

A few months ago I was gifted some hair care products from the team at Neal & Wolf. The reason I have waited so long to blog about these products is that I really put them to the test! I received Ritual - Daily Cleansing Shampoo, Harmony - Intensive Care Treatment for all hair types, and Silk - Smoothing Blow Dry Balm.

Since receiving these products I have used an at home hair stripping kit and then proceeded to destroy my hair some more with an at home hair lightening kit. I know, stupid is not the only name I was calling myself. Needless to say my hair was pretty much destroyed. During all my at home shenanigans I have been using the Neal and Wolf regularly as part of my hair care routine.

My opinion of these products? Brilliant! They worked a treat on my poor over processed hair. The Ritual shampoo was gentle yet effective at cleaning my hair. The Harmony conditioner works great as a daily conditioner, and also as a conditioning treatment. I sat frequently for an hour or more with my head wrapped in clingfilm, so the intensive conditioning could work its magic some more. All the products smelt amazing, even a day later I could still smell the lush scent. I actually got my hair sorted today, thankfully no more awful hair, and the hairdresser commented how good my hair was after all of the damage I had done. That itself is high praise for the Neal and Wolf products.
So thank you to the team at Neal and Wolf for helping me more than you could have realised xxx

Body moisturiser the in shower variety.

Hey everyone,

So I first heard of Nivea's In-Shower Body Moisturiser from my favourite beauty blogger at British Beauty Blogger here, and knew I had to try it. I scoured my local Boots, Superdrug and Savers with no avail, so as soon as it was available online I bought it.

Nivea is one the first to launch an in-shower body moisturiser, which is quite surprising  that no one has ever thought of that before. Gone are the days of standing shivering wet whilst rubbing in oil, or drying off to then rub a cold cream or lotion into our body's, or even just skipping the body moisturiser stage, which with summer looming is a no no. So Nivea were definitely on the money with this product.

My opinion is that it's great, does exactly what it says it will do. I admit I was super excited the first time I tried it out. I showered, with Nivea body wash too, and then whist still under the shower I massaged the moisturiser in. It felt slightly strange rubbing a cream into skin when I knew I'd be rinsing it off. Once rinsed off I then dried off. The effect on my skin was that it felt softer after one use. A week later my skin feels softer, with less dry patches. My only issue with the product is actually the packaging. The bottle can become slippery when handling with wet lotion-y hands but this doesn't put me off repurchasing. All in I love this product, so much that it has been re-purchased another twice since. Have you tried it yet? Is there other in-shower moisturisers I can try? xxx

March favourites

Hey everyone,

Well I've never done a monthly favourite post before but I do love to read other bloggers posts, so I thought I'll do one myself, when in Rome and all that.

As you may have read in my other post, I've loved using Crystal Clear Melt Away The Years cleanser, it had been a daily staple since I received it. You can read my review here and see why it has become part of my skin care routine.

As well as the cleanser, I have also loved Crystal Clear Polish which you can read all about here, this is also become a daily staple within my routine.

I have been using a sample of Caudalie Premier Cru The Cream moisturiser and the Premier Cru The Eye Cream this month. I have fallen in love with these products. They smell amazing, very decadent, and left my skin feeling great. I used these in the morning, leaving them to soak in for a good 10 to 15 minutes before applying my make up. The moisturiser is quite thick but it soaks in extremely well, my make up  lasted for the  usual 12-14 hours before I experienced any shine. The eye cream, was rich but again soaked in well. Although, I don't have any crows feet as yet, I felt that the eye cream was suited to those that have fine lines already, as it may be too rich for those that use eye cream for preventative measures. The price tag for these creams are quite steep, this is definitely a wish list product for me. You can purchase them here for £92.50 and here for £49.00. These products are definitely for those who are concerned about ageing, and at my age ( please don't ask :) ) that is something I have become more concerned about recently.

I have just finished my Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, (cue sad face). This is the first time I have used this serum and oh my gosh it was a light bulb moment when I used this! I think my skin may have actually thanked me when I first applied it. It is definitely a must have product and one to be added to my purchase list. I have not written a full post on this simply because there are literally thousands of blog posts regarding it and I would be re-iterating all the positive comments. Estee Lauder have gained iconic status regarding this serum, and it has been part of my mothers skin care regime for as long as I can remember. You can purchase it here for £44.00

The next product I have been using this month is Elemis Pro-Collogen Oxygenating Night Cream. This is a multi-award winning cream, it's simply a wonder product. I loved using this night cream, it too smelt amazing. I apply this after my Advanced Night Repair before heading to bed, and it soaked in through the night, leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated in the morning.  I can safely say that my skin has never been so good, it looks so much better, I've even received compliments on the how I look younger! As you can imagine this made me a very happy lady indeed. Unfortunately the cream is a little bit on the steep side, and will be added to my wish list, in the vain hope one of my loved ones my buy me it for my next birthday (hint hint)  You can purchase it here for £95.00

Finally, this month I have loved using Kerastase Nutritive Bain Nutri-Thermique and Fondant Nutri-Thermique on my hair. It is targeted for those with very dry and colour treated hair, which is exactly how my hair was feeling up until I started using these. It definitely does as it says on the tin! My hair is softer, with less tugs, dries and styles better now. You can purchase the shampoo here for £14.05 and the conditioner here for £16.60.

All in all this has been a great month for my beauty products, I hope April is just as good. What have you been loving this month? Have you got any suggestions of products I have yet to try?

Crystal Polish

Hey everyone,

I posted a few days ago a review for Crystal Clear Wipe Away The Years Cleansing Milk, which you can read here, I thoroughly loved using this product, but I have to admit not as much as I loved using the Crystal Polish, this has become my hero product. I love love love it!

As you may already know Crystal Clear is world famous for their in-salon Microdermabrasion treatment. It is a truly wonderful treatment, that gently exfoliates the outer layers of the skin. It targets issues such as ageing skin, lines and wrinkles, open pores, and blackheads and more, this was a treatment I used to get monthly until my beautician relocated. Since then my skin has slowly crept back to being dehyrated and often prone to bad spots, as I have mentioned in previous posts. So when I read the information that come with my products I was delighted to find I was trying out their at home version of this amazing salon treatment.

I just want to point out here how amazing this product is packaged, very salon like and professional. I have it sitting proudly in my bathroom, within easy reach.

The swatch does not do the polish any favours as it is full of fine crystals that give the microdermabrasion effect, which smooths and exfoliates the skin. The polish also has essential oils and peptides to encourage the anti-ageing effect started with the Wipe Away The Years Cleansing Milk. It is recommended that you use the polish daily as part of your routine and I fully agree.

My night routine is, double cleanse the skin with Wipe Away The Years anti-ageing cleansing milk, eye make-up remover, then scrub with Crystal Polish, then onto Crystal Clears Illuminate serum and then finish with a moisturiser.

Having done this for a few weeks now, the results are clear to see. My skin feels much softer and hydrated, my breakouts have been considerably less, those pesky white lumps under the skin are diminishing, and my pores are smaller, absolutely wonderful results.

Crystal Polish retails at £32.00 for 150ml pot, which is at the higher end of my budget but is definitely worth it. You can purchase it here from the Crystal Clear website and it is on my current Purchase Soon List.

Have you tried Crystal Polish? Or any of Crystal Clear's Products?

Crystal Clear Skincare

Hey everyone,

A couple of weeks ago I instagramed and tweeted a picture of the goodies I received from the lovely ladies over at Crystal Clear, I was like a kid at christmas when they arrived.
To my delight I received Crystal Clear Wipe Away the Years Cleansing Milk, Crystal Clear Crystal Polish, and Crystal Clear Illuminate Serum. I recommend having a good look on the Crystal Clear website to see all their amazing products, you can go from here

So what I'm going to do regarding the products is review each of them separately in posts of their own. I've simply got too much to say about each item.

Crystal Clear Wipe Away the Years Cleansing Milk

Since I've been blogging I have become a huge fan of miceller waters to cleanse my face, so I was slightly unsure of how this cleanser would fare, I need not have worried.
The Wipe Away The Years Anti-Ageing Cleansing Milk is a dream to use. It is a lightweight formula that effectively removes all traces of makeup. I personally like to double cleanse my face, due to the nature of the jobs I do.
I found that although the cleansing milk is super effective I still required a separate eye make up remover, which is something I've always found no matter what cleanser or water I use.

Crystal Clear have added powerful anti-ageing  ingredients into their product, which is something I consider to be extremely important since I don't particularly like to admit my age these days.

"All the while that you are cleansing, you are also applying an active complex of peptides that work together to help repair the cutaneous damages of age, reducing wrinkles, improving elasticity and leaving your skin smooth, revitalised and oxygenated"*

The active ingredients Crystal Clear have used are: Biopeptide, Oxygen Complex, Norgel, Extract of Olive Oil, Precious stone (tourmalia) and an Essential Oil Complex comprising of sweet orange, geranium, santal and grapefruit.

Crystal Clear state that their product is suited to all skin types, especially sensitive / dehydrated skin, and I would fully agree. Before using the milk my skin was extremely dry and dull, with my main concerns being spots and fine lines. I find that now my skin has improved, the quality and appearance has increased whilst my spots have decreased, a win win situation for me.

I have loved using this product and it is something I would purchase myself, and at £27.00 from the website, I think this is a reasonably good price for a product of this caliber.

So once again a big thank you to the PR team and the team at Crystal Clear for sending me these products, my face feels great!

Inspirational

Hey everyone,

We all have people who inspire us in life, it could be by following their fashion style, beauty style, lifestyle or attitude. For me that person is my mum, she has been my go to for all things beauty and skin care related for years, and she has also just turned 60! It amazes me that she is looks this good!

She looks fantastic for 60, my mum credits this to the fact she has always looked after her skin. Her ideal gifts for birthdays and Christmas good face creams, she has a long standing love affair with Estee Lauder 's Advanced Night Repair. There is a running joke in my family of my mums 'lotions and potions' and how she goes to bed smelling of some serum or cream.  As I am getting closer to my mid thirties, which I hate to admit, I can see why my mum was regimented with her skin care routine. I now frequently wish I had listened to her years ago stating that: "You should always take your make up off at night", " you should never pick your spots", and  "you should always always moisturise". I find there is nothing better than having a good chat with my mum about what face creams we are loving at the moment, discussing our routines and treatments we get or want to try.

So who is your inspiration? Who is your beauty go to? I'd love to know, leave your comments and links at the bottom for me to check out.

1st OOTD Post

Hey everyone,

I love following bloggers, all bloggers from beauty, fashion, lifestyle and fitness. I love following fashion bloggers and seeing their outfit of the day posts. I tend to look in the morning with my porridge and tea for ideas of what to wear going to work, which at 4am some might say is mad. So I was inspired to post my own OOTD. I felt particularly good wearing this outfit as thought I'd like to share.

What I'm wearing:

Vintage Topshop leather jacket
Primark denim studded shirt
Marks and Spencer Authograph shorts
Jeffrey Campbell shoes

MUA Review

Hey everyone,

So I was treated to some of MUA's newest products on Saturday all in the name of beauty blogging. Me, being the big kid that I am, quickly wiped off my makeup and proceeded to 'play' with my new makeup. So I created a Saturday casual evening out look and then a Sunday shopping look.

So the products I received were: MUA Matte Perfect Primer
MUA Undress Your Skin Radiant Under Eye Concealer
MUA Undress Your Skin Illuminating Foundation in Porcelain
MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter
MUA Mega Volume Mascara in Black
MUA Shimmer Kiss Blusher in Pink
MUA Kiss Proof Lip Stain in Fruitalicious

So as you can see I created my version of a casual Saturday night look and a Sunday shopping look. But, how did the MUA products fare? Well.......

MUA Matte Perfect Primer - I like this product, it is very similar to Benefits PorePerfect. I am not too precious regarding which primer I use, but it is one I will try out on my skin before I apply my BareMinerals powder to see how it is.

MUA Undress Your Skin Radiant Under Eye Concealer in Radiance - I do like a multi-tasking concealer that can be used to cover blemishes as well as conceal dark cirlces, this is obviously not a multi-tasker. I found it effective at covering up my dark under eye circles without going dry or creating that 'cakey' look as it settles into fine lines. I would need to purchase a separate concealer if I am to continue to use this product.

MUA Undress Your Skin Illuminating Foundation in Porcelain - this is quite a thin and runny foundation so you need to use a little at a time. I'm the kind of girl that puts foundation on the back of my hand to be applied by brush to the face. As I mentioned it is a thin foundation which on application settles on to the skin nicely, if like me you like full coverage then it just requires building up. It is definitely a foundation I'd wear on a lazy Sunday mooching about the shops. I would say that it's lasting power is quite low, a few hours wear and I found my makeup going greasy and required some maintenance.

MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter - I loved this highlighter, perfect for dusting on those areas you wish to highlight. Although one point I would make is that the size of the product might lead to people who are not makeup savy to dust it all over their face like a bronzer, or maybe that was just me that had that thought!

MUA Mega Volume Mascara in Black - I would use this as a work mascara. Basically a mascara to wear to work when I'm not all that fussed with volume. I found that it took some time to build up the volume on the lashes where as I love Rimmel Volumeflash Sacndaleyes Mascara, all you need is two coats and your ready.

MUA Shimmer Kiss Blusher in Pink - a pretty pink shade that's not too dark or heavy, also ideal for building up to make it more stand out. Definitely a blusher I would keep, especially for that lazy Sunday look.

MUA Kiss Proof Lip Stain in Fruitalicious - this is quite a deep pink lip stain and creates quite a dramatic look. It takes a few minutes to dry but it is slightly transferable, I did do the kiss test to try it out. Although teamed up with a lipgloss this lip stain is great. Perfect for a standout daytime lip or a Saturday night makeup. I would buy a lighter shade for an everyday wear, again teamed with some lipgloss.

So there you have it, my recent beauty product haul with some out and out winners in the pile. Have you tried any of these? What did you think of them? Feel free to leave a comment and links to your own blogs, I do love a good read.

My love affair with blush.

Hey everyone,

Have you ever developed a product crush? An obsession? I have developed a love affair with blushers, yes I am guilty of walking about with rosy blush induced cheeks and I'm sorry (not sorry) to say I love it.
My current love affair is between the aptly named Dollymix from mac and Bella Bambina from Benefit.

As you can see, they are gorgeous bright cheerful colours, not too dis-similar from each other, but none the less a perfect pick me up for the cold winter days. I love nothing more than dusting these on the apple of my cheeks, for a nice fresh look. I wonder why my nickname at work is Dolly Dimple?

My makeup bag travels with me everywhere and there is not one product I could not live without, what would be your one product you could not live without?

My January Face Favourites

Hey everyone,

Well I thought I would do a post on what I've been wearing make up wise this month. These products have been my go to favourites for the whole of January.

My routine for doing my make up is:

* Start of with some primer, I usually go between BareMinerals PrimeTime and Mua's primer. I find that they help my make up last longer.

* I then use my Benefit Boi-ing concealer to cover under the eye area and any blemishes I have. I use both shade 1 and 2 and mix them together.

* I am a huge fan of BareMinerals make up. I find it sits on my skin really well, doesn't clog up my pores and has excellent long lasting properties. Which, in my day job, is a really good thing. I use the medium shade.

* Since January is so dull I've been reaching for my Mac glitter eye shadows on a daily basis. I always use a primer on my eyes before applying any eyeshadow to ensure it lasting the day.

* I love the Benefit Bad Gal eyeliner for on my lash line and for the lower lashes I use the Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeliner in Nude.

* On my lashes I use Rimmle's Volumeflash Scandaleyes Mascara Extreme Black. I love how full and thick it makes my lashes appear.

* I can't live without my HD Brow kit, simply the best thing I've used.

* For my blusher I love Mac's Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Dollymix.

* Finally topping it off with a bit of Mua lipstick or Mac Lipglass.

These are some of my favourite make up products, well the ones I've been using daily. I admit I can spend hours browsing make up counters and always get super excited about my newest purchase. What your go to make up product?

Etat Pur Micellar Cleansing Water

Hey everyone,

There has been numerous blog reviews of Micellar water and to be honest mines won't be much different. After following my favourite blogs for some time now, which have discussed Micellar water previously, I decided I had to jump on the band wagon and try it out.
The major brand that came out during my research was the Bioderma Crealine H2O Micelle Solution, this generally retails at £25 and can be only bought online. For a product I had never tried before I was quite reluctant to part with that much cash for something I may not like. I went back to my research and found one of the first Micellar waters to come out was from Etat Pur, a French company. So after some time spent looking at their website, and using their diagnostic tool, I placed my order.

As you can see this is not a great photo of the product, but its has been well used. I can safely say I have found one of my cult go-to beauty products. It is absolutely fantastic at removing all traces of make up, including my eye make up. The skin is left feeling clean and smooth, there's no stipped/dry feeling caused. Due to the fact that it is so good this is actually my third purchase from Etat Pur, I simply love it. In fact I have recommended it to everyone I know.
Have you tried micellar water? What brands have you tried?

Skinactive14

Hey everyone,

As part of my christmas gifts haul I was treated to some Skinactive14 Day cream. As a beauty product junkie I love trying all things new so I could not wait to get this on my face.

Skinactive14 Day is part of the Skin Doctors Cosmeceuticals range that hails from Australia. Cosmeceuticals are in Skin Doctors words are:

" Cosmetic products that include ingredients designed not only to enhance the apperenace but to also have a positive physiological effect at a cellular level."
"...Skin Doctore is not just another range of "fluffy moisturisers"  but rather cosmeceutical strength preparations formulated to make a real, visible difference to the appearance of the skin."

Skin Doctors state that for every skin problem they can provide a specific Skin Doctors solution. All you need to do is use their Prescription Tool found on their website.

Skinactive14 Intensive Day cream has been "...specifically formulated to help protect, prevent and treat the 14 universal skin problems resulting from daily skin stress, ageing and dehydration."
Skin Doctors claim that by using this cream the result obtained will be intense moisturising, anti-ageing and youth-boosting benefits for visibly younger looking skin.

In reality for me, I have loved using this cream. It feels quite thick on application, yet is absorbed into the skin quickly, thus addressing the dehydrated issue caused by lack of water intake and central heating being used constantly. My skin is left feeling smooth and my break outs have been at a minimum whilst using it. It will certainly be a cream that I will continue to use and repurchase when finished.
One thing is for sure, once I have a beauty brand bug I always check out all the other products in the range. I will be using the Prescription Tool to find out which products are be suited to my skin, I love tools like that, so exciting.
Have you tried a new beauty products recently?

Getting back into fitness.

Hey everyone,

Well yesterday I got back into fitness. After having over three weeks off, doing literally no form of exercise at all, I went back to class. It was exactly 49mins of punishing jumping, kicking, dancing and sweating and that was only a Zumba class.
As a fitness instructor I hold community based fitness classes, therefore having three weeks off was not ideal. I also had the maddening idea yesterday afternoon to introduce some new songs into my mix, not one of my best ideas. I would not say I have the greatest coordination, but with some concentration and practice I do get it, eventually. I therefore spent three hours, before class, practicing routines to new music. Needless to say I was sweating before I even got to class.
After class I always get a rush, more energy, and a positive feeling about myself. Not matter how much I have sweated, or what parts of my body are sore and tired I always feel that rush. The next morning is another matter, achy limbs is always a welcomed side effect and this morning was no different. It is not a good idea to push your body to the point where you cant move the next day, but the feeling of stretched muscles without pain is a pleasant feeling.
Once you get that first class over, it is always easier to get motivated to go back. So tonight I have another class which I am already fired up for. Wednesday night is my night off, but not this week, I have been eager to try a Metafit class and found one near me. Thuhrsday night I have another Zumba class and then Friday I have Pilates. Saturday is always a rest day for me but Sunday is always open for ideas whether is is a run/walk or a class or possibly even joining the gym.
So, what is your fitness regime? Are there any types of classes that you love and get that rush from?
If, by the end of the week I have not turned into a pile of jelly I may blog about how I feel 1 week down.

Chanel Coco Noir

Hey everyone,

For years now I have been a huge fan of Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle, requesting it as a gift every birthday and christmas. There is always a scent that you connect with, that becomes your signature scent. Whenever I wear it I always feel more sophisticated, more alluring, even if I'm in my workout clothes. It is described by Chanel as:

" (A) Sexy, fresh Oriental fragrance recalls the irrepressible spirit of the young Coco Chanel. An elegant, luxurious spray closest in strength and character to the parfum form."

You can purchase this perfume from most good retailers at £91.50 for 100ml, thus the reason why I request it every year.
This year I noticed Chanel had launched Coco Noir. Even the packaging used made it appear more alluring, sexy and possibly more dangerous, I therefore had to have it.

It simply screams sophistication. It is, although, more difficult to purchase as only top department stores seem to stock it. For 100ml eau de parfum it retails at £106.00.
I was not left disappointed by Chanel's latest offering, it is simply devine. Chanel describle Coco Noir as:

"Magnetic and uncompromising, COCO NOIR revels a black that is intimate, seductive and intensely brilliant. Striking top notes of Grapefruit and Bergamont accentuate the floral accord, with Rose and Jasmine, while Indonesian Patchouli and Sandalwood add warmth"

I now find it a struggle to decide which scent I am going to wear, they both smell different but the overall effect on me is the same. Spraying on either perfume fills me with confidence, creates a feeling within me that I could be wearing anything and still feel good. In some aspects my reaction towards these perfumes is the same of a good coat, you could be wearing your oldest and tattiest jumper underneath but no one would know because of your fabulous coat. I think everyone woman should find a perfume like that, and also a coat like that. What is your signature scent?

Welcome 2013

Hey everyone,

Happy new year! Well like most people I made new years resolutions. Mines was to blog on here more often, I have no excuse as my gorgeous partner bought me a shiny new Samsung Chromebook for christmas.

Although, I do have to admit that it took me at least half an hour to fathom out how to upload photos from my iPhone onto this using wifi.
So what was your new years resolutions? Are you managing to stick to them? Or like me have you just started on them?
Not only did I state my intentions about blogging but I am also full of good intentions regarding fitness. I have my first Zumba class tonight, its going to be hard! Before the christmas holidays I was packing in three Zumba classes, one Pilates class and the odd run. So for the last three weeks all I have done is eat, drink and be merry, which means now I feel sluggish and the waistband has tightened considerably. I'm at the stage were I am looking forward to getting back into the routine. What exercise routines do you follow? What healthy eating plans are you following? If I'm not too sore tomorrow I will attempt to update you on my class tonight.
